If you've sent an online purchase back to us for a refund, this should be processed as usual, within 14 working days from when we have received your returned product. Our standard return policy still applies.

If you wish to return items to us then please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we can arrange with you how to go about sending your items back. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original, saleable condition in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
With the exception of faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods, you will need to pay the postage costs for returning items. Don't forget to get a proof of postage.
